Mr. Staggs is a director for an asset acquisition group and also an elected official in the state of Utah. He has held roles on Executive Management teams across multiple industries, receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Utah and received an MBA from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University.

Mr. Nicosia is Chairman and CEO of Vivakor Inc., which focuses on acquiring technologies applied to natural resource assets. He has also been a director and co-founder of Quantum Sphere, Inc., a producer of nanomaterials and related technologies. Mr. Nicosia received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Nathan has been a partner of DAI since 2002 and has been developing Utah’s largest, most innovative master-planned communities and commercial projects since 1999. From meticulously strategizing open space and curve-a-linear street design to specific product diversification, he masterfully presents creative solutions for the homeowner, neighborhood, and the city. As an active partner in DAI, and previously in Candlelight Homes, Nate has completed more than 7,000 residential homesites throughout 25 different communities in 17 municipalities and six counties.

Randy has worked with large local or regional CPA firms in the State of Utah. He has an extensive experience serving clientele in accounting, auditing, management advisory services, and income tax planning. His industry specialties include commercial and residential real estate development and construction, affordable housing, state and local governments, heavy duty retail and wholesale equipment distributors, wholesale and retail businesses and distributors, high tech industries, highway contractors, mortgage banking, insurance brokers, oil and gas retailers and wholesalers, steel fabricators, restaurants and various others. Randy is a specialist in the affordable housing real estate development industry which includes cost certifications of HUD and Low Income Housing Tax Credit projects, cost segregations, energy credits, and solar credits.

Brandon Fugal is a prominent business leader, recognized as a market leader nationwide and as the previous EY Entrepreneur of the Year – Western Region.

Before merging with Colliers International, Brandon was co-founder and owner of Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors, where his leadership was critical to the firm being recognized for 14 years in a row as the number one office internationally for the Coldwell Banker Commercial brand (out of 220 offices), and where he was recognized as the #1 agent globally for many years. Currently, Colliers International is the number one commercial real estate firm in the Intermountain West.

Brandon was recently named CCIM Utah Agent of the Year and 2019 Office Broker of the Year, for which he has been recognized for the majority of the past decade. During the past 12 months alone, Brandon leased over 1.6 million square feet, negotiating over 150 major transactions (including numerous building and land sale transactions). Gavin began his education at Brigham Young University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology. His major included emphasis in chemistry as well as Molecular, Micro and Evolutionary Biology. With his scientific knowledge, Gavin worked in chemical formulations Research and Development for several years. Thereafter, Gavin continued his education and attended Law School where he earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence.

Gavin is a licensed attorney in the State of Utah and practiced in Federal and State Court. Gavin has demonstrated again and again his skill as a trial attorney and skilled negotiator. Gavin is aggressive, highly organized and extremely detailed in all that he does. Gavin is also an entrepreneur and has co-founded Dynamic Blending Specialists, as well as many other successful businesses.

Jordan Erskine

Jordan Erskine is a highly motivated entrepreneurial individual who has co-founded many successful businesses. Jordan has over 16 years in the personal care/skin care industry. Jordan currently serves as President for the award-winning contract manufacturer Dynamic Blending.

Jordan has spent his entire career in the manufacturing and R&D world. Jordan started his career at a large contract manufacturing facility, Wasatch Product Development, in Draper Utah. At Wasatch Product Development he wore many hats in R&D, manufacturing, formulations, etc. He spent many years in R&D developing new and innovative personal care/skin care products. Jordan then moved on to a large dental manufacturing firm named Ultradent Products, Inc. Here, Jordan formulated and provided technical formulations assistance for two large Fortune 500 company accounts, Glaxo Smith-Kline and Colgate-Palmolive.

Jonathan Johnson

Jonathan Johnson

Interim CEO, Overstock.com, Inc. and President, Medici Ventures.

Jonathan Johnson serves as interim CEO of Overstock.com, Inc. and
president of Medici Ventures. As interim CEO, he manages both
Overstock.com Retail and Medici Ventures, Overstock’s subsidiary that
oversees a keiretsu of blockchain technology and fintech businesses. In his
role of Medici Ventures’ president, he oversees Medici Ventures’ keiretsu,
including tZERO, Bitt.com, Medici Land Governance, GrainChain, Vinsent,
Voatz, and other leading blockchain technology companies is focused on
pioneering growth and innovation in applying the blockchain to create a
technology stack for society void of frictional middlemen.
Under Johnson’s leadership, Medici Ventures has purchased ownership in
several cutting-edge blockchain technology firms that work on various projects ranging from bringing vast populations out of poverty to a total overhaul of the United States’ securities markets.
Johnson is also a member of Overstock.com’s board of directors and served
as the chairman of Overstock’s board of directors from 2014 to 2017,
transitioning to the position after five years as the company’s president, and later, as the acting CEO and executive vice chairman of the board. Johnson joined Overstock in 2002 as the company’s general counsel and has held various business and legal-related positions within the company prior to becoming president. He has been an integral part of Overstock’s meteoric
growth from a small start-up to a publicly traded company with over $1.8
billion in sales and nearly 2,000 employees.
Prior to joining Overstock, Johnson was with TenFold Corporation in various
positions, including CFO and general counsel. Before that, he practiced
corporate law in Los Angeles with two international law firms. He also served
as a judicial clerk at the Utah Supreme Court. Johnson received a Bachelor’s
Degree in Japanese from Brigham Young University, studied at Osaka
University of Foreign Studies in Japan as a Ministry of Education Scholar, and
received his Juris Doctor degree from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at
Brigham Young University
